About the Owner
The owner is an MSN graduate, a trained nurse, and an educator with over 20 years of experience providing direct and indirect care to a diverse population. In her work, she focused on ensuring every client gets an enhanced quality of life through her compassionate care.
She has extensive experience working from entry-level positions to making critical decisions with her clients. In her caregiving journey, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant to becoming a Registered Nurse, she has met influential people who have imparted her important wisdom and inspiration when it comes to attending to patients.
Most importantly, her teachers have been her clients who have helped shape her walk. While knowledge alone does not go far enough, being present is something she takes seriously. And it is during these moments that she sees the most change happen in the healthcare industry. Witnessing how people are becoming more and more attentive to their health gave her the motivation to establish her own agency, hence the County Homecare and Staffing.
County Homecare and Staffing offers an array of services, from transportation to medication management to making intricate decisions about health and well-being, because families need well-rounded care. The owner truly believes that holistic care and management of the whole individual are paramount to their well-being.
